Our car rental company apply the law on the terms and conditions of renting a car. Thus, the client must have minimum 21 years and valid license for auto category of the car you rent for at least 12 months. The vehicle is delivered to the customer in very good working condition from a technical standpoint and with a full tank. Any complaint and notice regarding a possible drawback of the car is when its delivery. From the time of delivery to the client machine, it has a number of obligations and restrictions on car use.
Customer agrees to drive the vehicle in accordance with the traffic laws, do not drive under the influence of alcohol or narcotics, do not carry people or objects in return for payment, do not tow other vehicles, secure the car by closing the windows and doors after arriving at destination and not participate in competitions dedicated to cars with the rented car. In case of damaging the car during the lease, the customer is obliged to remedy these defects before delivering the car, at any authorized service RAR that has the ability to perform work on the rented car brand.
In case of an accident, the customer must notify the landlord within 3 hours. The customer holds the owner's interests in the event of an accident, so it will respond exactly as it was his property. For any car repairs done, the client will get before, repair authorization from the police office, this authorization will be kept and presented later to the owner. The client responds even when the car was damaged by another driver that was not specified in the rental contract.
Cancellation of bookings will be made 3 days before the start of the rent period in the contract, otherwise, will hold a one day rental consideration specified in the contract.
Any customer refusing to accept the conditions of the car rental contract conducts to the end of the collaboration between supplier and customer. At the final of th agreement, the customer will return the car to the owner in the same condition as received it, with all its papers, keys and accessories inside the car.
